Check-in time is from 2 pm. If you wish to check in early, please reach out to arrange an early check-in; fees apply. If you wish to drop off your bags before check-in, please contact reception before you arrive; fees may apply.
Reception Hours: Reception is open from 8:30 am to 11:30 am, then 1 pm to 8:30 pm. If you are arriving outside of these hours, please contact reception to set up a late check-in. Please note, failure to do this may result in an after-hours call-out fee.
Check-out time is prior to 10 am on your day of departure. Should you require a later check-out, please contact Reception on the morning of your departure. Please note late check-outs are subject to availability, and additional fees may apply.
Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival or as per the terms outlined during booking.
Valid Federal or State Government issued photo identification must be presented on arrival with the credit card supplied at the time of reservation. You must be over 18 years of age to check in. Upon arrival, a credit card authorisation or cash payment for the total amount of your accommodation charges is required. Additionally, a pre-authorisation is required to validate the credit card. We do not accept cash as a payment for the pre-authorisation. Please note: Unused funds from credit card pre-authorisations will clear within 10 working days.
Please note, all credit card payments incur a service fee of 1.6%.
Flexible: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the booking date.
Non-Refundable: Should you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the booking date or fail to arrive, a cancellation fee will apply.
